On behalf of the promoter, we took responsibility for all areas of festival management across this project. Working closely with the Adelaide based promoter reps at General Admission our role was to oversee and run the event from initial brief to post event wrap up.

Promoter Services: Festival Ops and Management // June 2026 - April 2027

Aloha Festival is a brand new music festival to be staged on Sydney’s Dee Why beach in March 20207. It’s focus is on community and connecting with the costal, and surf communities of Sydney’s famous northern beaches.

Working with the first time music festival promoter, our hands on role is to help guide the festival from concept to first edition. This includes Programming, Budget, Ticketing, Production and Staging, Financial and Legal oversight. We’re also working with partners across Site Management, Traffic, Safety and Security and all other areas of event delivery.
