Lahgo have spent 2026 selling out shows and growing a reputation for blistering, raucous, crowd-connecting shows. Their most recent were for Great Southern Nights and a King Street Crawl where demand exceeded capacity. Supports for, The Terrys and The Living End further enforces their reputation as a band that brings confident and hedonistic live music to life.

The band's commitment to staging shows with more women on stage, on production teams, and in the audience is central to the lahgo ethic.

effie isobel is the passion project of a girl with a Libra rising and an inclination to feel it all a little too hard. With inspirations spanning beabadoobee, Slow Pulp, Snail Mail, Mazzy Star and songs I Saw The TV Glow and Scott Pilgrim Vs The World - where sweet, femme vocals meet expansive band backdrops - she blends candid lyricism with warm vocal tones and lush, gritty dream pop instrumentation.

Across her singles to date, effie isobel has seen support and acclaim from triple j Unearthed, Rolling Stone, triple j Home & Hosed, The AU Review, GRRRL Music (LA), 2SER, 4ZZZ, Three D Radio, R1 NZ, Triple R, City Mag, Sounds of Oz, The Point Music News and many others.
